Job Description
Supervises Staff/Assistant in delivery of Training Evaluation to determine the training effectiveness and if training programs are helping employees improve
Evaluate and provide comprehensive feedback on the value of the training programs and their effectiveness in achieving company goals
Works with managers on program development to ensure training programs are implemented company-wide to increase staff know-how, efficiency, and performance
Manages the Training Calendar and ensures all New Employee Orientation Programs (NEOP) are executed
Create Training Modules
Graduate in the Degree of Psychology or any 4-year course
At least 7 years of experience in HR (in which 2 years experience in Training & Development); OR
Solid 4-5 years of experience in HRD Training and Development.
Must have Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management)
With good communication & interpersonal skills
