The position is responsible for implementing the different facets of human resources management such as General Labor Standard (GLS), Retention, Compensation and Benefits, and Administration. The position is responsible for reviewing the HR processes of OP360 to align implementations of people practices based on Senior Vice-president Global of HR's directives. Accountable for any implementation regarding the human resources and development of a company's workforce, and must be able to transform all policies into executable plans and departmental procedures.
