Key Responsibility & Requirments:
- Work closely with the business team and deeply understand business strategy, deeply analyze and understand the business demands and pain points, coordinate the formulation of HR solutions, providing professional guidance to the business team regarding to organizational design and optimization, personnel planning, and employee capability assessment, connecting the business needs with HR solutions, and implement them.
- According to the HR annual plan, reasonably plan the HR key work and the work allocation for team members ;As the team leader, work closely with all HR functions, positively face, feedback and respond the business change, and conduct systematic thinking with other HR team to improve the quality and efficiency of human resources work, so as to push changes.
- Work with leadership and business team closely to build a customer-oriented and result-driven culture, effectively manage employee relations, enhance employee engagement, motivate employees to constantly develop themselves, and create a harmonious working environment.
- Efficiently integrate internal and external resources to perfect the global HR system that can effectively support HR operations, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, training, and internal communication system.
- Deeply analysis business needs, collection of business annual headcount and training need, organize annual recruitment.
- Assist the team to strengthen and inherit the company's values through leadership management, performance management, incentive management and continuous communication.
- Work closely with line managers and employees and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to address all types of employee relations issues (coaching, counseling, career development).
- Partner with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and employee retention.
