Screen incoming resumes and application forms and conducts an initial interview of prospective candidates for job vacancies.- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the final interview.
Advertise job openings on the company page, social media, and other job boards.
- Send examination links and application forms to qualified applicants and conducts background checks as part of the recruitment process.
Coordinate with the Hiring Managers for Job Description and KRA as part of the attachment of the Job Offer.- Negotiate with the applicants considered for the job opening.
Qualifications:- College Graduate preferably HRM/Psychology/equivalent
With at least 6 months to 1-year end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience from Recruitment firms or agencies is an advantage
Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays (Day-shift)- Willing to work in BGC Taguig
