Responsibilities- Securing and reviewing documents relating to payables - Invoices, Bills, Quotations, etc.
- Maintaining Accounting Records using Xero.
- Disbursement Voucher Preparation.
- Check Disbursements and Issuance.
- Filing of Accounting Documents.
- Preparation of BIR Forms - BIR 2316 & BIR 2307.
- Monitoring of Purchase Request Liquidation.
- Preparation of Reports relating to Finance & Accounting.
- Other tasks relating to HR such as TK preparation/processing, generation of mandatory reports & admin tasks related to accounting
NOTE:
-Willing to work onsite.
-With experience using an accounting software such as Xero.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
