Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and implement the annual HR plan to support the overall strategic objectives for Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, and employee Well Being.
Provides guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities (including creating policies, company manuals and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence and tardiness management, performance management, redundancy planning, etc.) in order to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management across the organization
To develop a culture of empowerment throughout the team ensuring that all employees take responsibility for the ongoing success of the Company.
Organizes company recreational activities and employee welfare programs, using a team composed of volunteer employees from across the company, to implement these activities.
Provide support to management in the recruitment of all staff and participates in the selection of staff, as appropriate.
Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments.
Provides an update of Staff movements across the organization
Implements employee retention programs to ensure qualified staff are
retained.
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Employee Relations and Engagement
Provide advices and information to management and employees on human resource policies, laws and regulations, including equal opportunity, and anti-discrimination.
Execute employee engagement activities such as team building, Sport Fest and Company outing
Establish and manage relationship with Lawyers and DOLE regulators.
Assist employees with work matters, career development, and personal problems.
- Compensation and Benefits
Manages the Sprout HR and payroll processes of the company, in coordination with Finance.
Monitors absenteeism and tardiness occurrence within the company.
Administers benefits programs, including the coordination with benefit providers, such as Health Care, Life Insurance, and other benefits.
Administers and monitors the company's annual and sick leave benefit.
Training and Development
Analyze training needs to design employee development. Work with other department's Manager in the reporting of concluded trainings for Company certification requirements.
Develop a culture of active coaching and continuous learning and training to improve employee skills and performance.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
This position requires daily communication with different personnel in the workforce as well as stakeholders and government regulators. The person must be a good communicator, able to work independently and must be tactful and professional at all times when presenting issues to others within or outside the department. The person must have exceptional organization skills, ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints and understand the importance of having a high level of self-motivation.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management or other relevant courses
With at least 4-5 years working experience in HR
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of local labor law and other applicable local legislation.
Good English communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
