This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Supervisor at Cebu Oversea Hardware Co., Inc. - Manila. The Training Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing training and development programs for employees. They will create and deliver training materials, assess training needs, and ensure that all staff members receive the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The Training Supervisor will also provide support and guidance to enhance customer service skills among employees.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree (BS Psychology) (BS Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management) or equivalent.
Supervisory skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills
Expertise in training and development- Strong understanding of training principles and methodologies
Customer service skills
- Ability to create and deliver training materials
Experience in designing and implementing training programs- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Relevant certifications or qualifications
