JOB SUMMARY:The Regional Training Staff is responsible in the administration of different Training and Development functions. This role has a specific focus on ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge that would help the employees perform tasks and responsibilities.
Preferably a graduate of BS- Psychology, Human Resource Development or related field
- At least (1) year experience in HR/Training such as but not limited to: - Conducting Training and developing training modules - Creating assessment instruments; and designs, develops and delivers appropriate learning solutions for training purposes
Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) and desire to work with external/internal customers- High energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
