Job Description:_
- Handles course development / design, coordination and / or facilitation, and conduct of training and seminar under Career Development Program.
Prepares reports, including but not limited to executive summary of different trainings / seminars.- Handles and updates maintenance of Employee Training Records in AS400 and Success Factors Learning Management System or New Platform and shared Folder.
Coordinates in the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Townhall Meeting.
- Person-in-Contact with MMC's E-Learning activities that provide e-learning materials for dissemination to MMPC Employees using MMC's Platform. (e.g. Learn-O, SF LMS etc.)
Attends and participates to Global Employee Survey, MMPC Climate Survey and other HR-related training surveys.- Monitors and provide feedback analysis on Training Evaluation / Training Effectiveness and prepare counter proposal for 100% Training Attainment of participants.
Sourcing of training firms and training consultants for various in-house/ex-plant training programs that are aligned with the business objectives and career development of employees.
- Prepare training modules and facilitate behavioral courses of rank & file Salaried/Hourly employees based on the annual training plans.
Coordinates Ex-plant trainings with various departments.- Complies, consolidates, monitors and prepares summary reports form various department on all trainings.
Performs as moderator in standard procedure/policy orientation from different department in coordination with Internal Control Department.
- Administrative and monitors Learning Management System.
Coordinates to the trainee and participants GCDP and CCWIP and prepare the documents needed for the program.- Manage the Clothing allowance HRAD file Monitoring.
_Qualifications:
_- College Graduate - BS / BA Psychology, BS Management or BS HRDM
