Job Description

The Training & Development Officer is responsible for identifying employees training/learning and development needs, and for planning & designing, organizing and overseeing appropriate trainings.

The Training & Development Officer helps the Management with the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees by assessing their skills and knowledge enabling them to fulfill their potential.

  • Identify, design, expands and update training needs and programs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
