Design training programs that are aligned with the organization's goals, vision, and mission, and improve the performance of employees
Develop training resources, which may involve preparing training materials from researched information or knowledge
Monitors the training plan and Training Calendar
Communicates monthly training programs, updates, and changes to training schedule to all employees
