Job SummaryThis position is generally responsible in conducting company orientation not limited to the Company history, HR policies, benefits and operations related trainings. He must ensure that proper orientation and training is conducted to new employees.
Candidate must possess a Bachelors/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management and Psychology or equivalent.
- With at least six (6) months related work experience in any industry type. -Food industry work experience is plus.
Computer Literate- Average communications skills (written and oral)
With strong human relation, interpersonal and leadership skills, training administration, facilitation, knowledge of the training procedures and processes budget and time management skills.
- High level of initiative, aggressive, and can function independently
Can work under pressure and can handle multiple assignments.- Willingness to travel and work on weekend/holiday at times.
