JOB SUMMARY:- Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures, including salary ranges, bonus plans, and incentive programs.- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation and benefits packages are competitive.
Develop and manage performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, feedback and reviews.
- Generate and present reports on compensation, benefits, and performance metrics to senior management.
Graduate of any bachelor's degree course
- With at least 3 years of experience in Total Rewards, Performance Management, and HR Analytics
Must have a strong background in data analysis, compensation structures, and performance management systems.- Must be flexible, has keen attention to details, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and trustworthy.
Must be willing to work in Makati City and amenable for a hybrid work arrangement.
