Minimum Qualifications- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Others or equivalent.
Preferably Less than 2-3 year experience specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.- Must be willing for work pure onsite set up to assigned in Quezon City and eventually in Makati City
CAN START IMMEDIATELYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers.- Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.
- Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
