As a US Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for hiring the best US-based talent. You will have the opportunity to lead recruitment initiatives and provide our clients with a competitive recruiting advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Support clients and managing directors with their hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage top candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong internet setup and reliable connectivity.
- Own working equipment (computer, headset, etc.).
- Amenable to work US Eastern Time (ET) hours.
- College graduate.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
