Qualifications:- Must be a graduate of BS Psychology/BSBA major in Human Resources or any related course.
At least 1-2 years experience as HR Team Lead- Knowledgeable in all facets of human resource
Must be willing to be assigned in Muntinlupa City
Will be responsible for the hiring & recruitment, performance monitoring & evaluation, labor relations & training of all employees.
- Will work closely with other departments in delivering the company's targets.
Will act as subject matter expert & will ensure compliance to dole/ statutory offices - sss, philhealth, pag-ibig & bir.- Will responsible in coaching, mentoring and developing high performance teams within the company.
Will be responsible in developing hr programs that will increase employee engagement and productivity.
- Develop, implement and monitor hr strategies align to overall business strategy.
* Responsible in attaining hr metrics and key results areas.
