As an HR Support, you will be an essential pillar in supporting our client's seamless HR functions in Australia while offering comprehensive administrative assistance to the team. This is a role for an HR professional with a passion for growing and has the willingness to join a growing and innovative company, to expand and further develop their career.
Full-time, permanent role,
- 5h per week (7.5h per day), with 1h lunch break and regular breaks.
- Monday to Friday
Day shift, 8:30 am - 5:00pm (GMT+8)
- Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and other relevant degree industry qualification- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Australian experience is a plus
- Can support busy HR functions on a daily basis
Has a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management- Understand or can quickly familiarise with Australian workplace legislation and regulations
General HR administration experience
- HR Certifications is highly regarded
Transactional/ administrative HR
- Drafting employment contracts, schedules, and offer packs
Onboarding and remote inductions- HR policy and procedure review, including maintaining employee handbook
Managing and maintaining the employee records system
- Informing and ensuring appropriate documentation
Coordinating training and development activities, and maintaining training record- Conducting annual staff engagement survey
Alternate or other duties as directed by the line manager
- Recruitment and employee-brand activities
Reviewing and managing the employee assistance program- Offboarding and employee finalisation as required
BambooHR knowledge (well regarded but not essential)
Can work with little supervision
- Process and detail-orientated
Strong English comprehension, both written and verbal- High level of trust and ethical behavior
