I.OVERALL OBJECTIVE_(Briefly summarize the role's purpose and overall responsibility)_
The purpose of the role consists of planning, directing, and coordinating human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, policies and regulatory compliance. Responsible for daily support operations of the company and administrative procedures planning, ensuring that all support activities are carried on efficiently to allow the company to function properly.
- II.SPECIFIC TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- RECRUITMENT AND STAFFING
Ensures that all manpower requirements identified in the plantilla are completely filled
Strengthens and implements local sourcing strategies and activities by partnering with local institutions and organizations
Analyzes fill-out rate and attrition reports and designs recruitment and retention strategies to improve on turn-around time and reduce attrition maintaining company standards
- COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Ensures that the employee compensation and benefits are processed in a timely and accurate manner
Provides immediate assistance for compensation and benefits concern(s) of employees
Ensures optimal utilization and availment of government-mandated employee benefits, through string partnership with government units for effective information dissemination and campaigns
Reviews and periodically evaluates compensation and benefits package, designs compensation strategy for all employees based on new pay surveys and market research
- PERFROMANCE MANAGEMENT
Overall in-charge in roll-out of performance management system, conducts salary reviews and merit system aligned with business goals and initiatives
- TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Ensures the delivery of the identified training and development interventions and programs for the employees as well as the smooth delivery of local training programs and safekeeping of training materials
Assesses the Training and Development needs and monitors the progress of skills and competency development of employees
Develop training materials
Coordinates the participation and schedule of employees nominated for training program
- FILE AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT
Ensures the completeness and correctness of all pertinent documents submitted by employees and the accurate and timely processing of the same in the HR databases
Ensures proper safekeeping and security of all classified and confidential HR information
- EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Promotes compliance, facilitates effective communication and be the immediate resource person of the company's HR policies, guidelines and strategic initiatives
Ensures proper and timely handling of employee cases in compliance with existing company policies and guidelines
Liaises in handling critical cases requiring suspension or involuntary separation and potential labor cases and disputes
- ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Provides relevant information for the improvement of existing policies, processes and systems to address all business needs in coherence with HR strategies
Ensures the organization is compliant with local and national regulations
Maintains company organizational charts and ensures respective job descriptions and KRA/KPI of all employees are up-to-date
- EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
Designs and implements activities / programs / projects that promotes employee welfare and work-life balance within company budget
Ensures the proper communication of HR initiatives, strategies and roll-out of projects; ensures employee participation and employee feedback on given program
