-Able to speak, can understand and can read and write Mandarin.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Supervise and provide guidance to HR staff, ensuring their professional development and effective performance.
3. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- 4.Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive integration into the company.

Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing support and feedback to employees and managers.
7. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
