Oversees the implementation of recruitment, testing, and selection processes in accordance with standard work flow
Monitors manpower headcount if within the approved manpower budget
Provides direct support to hiring staffs in recruiting and sourcing
Oversees new employee on-boarding
Ensures implementation of benefits program are within government and company policies
Prepares recommendations for employee movements such as regularization, promotion and salary alignments
Reviews benefit availments of team members
Reviews outsourced payroll and recommends for payment
Coordinates with department managers and supervisors in completing evaluation forms; reviews performance evaluations
Reviews newly encoded and updates on Team Member's employee data
Ensures the SAP data are tallied with TMP Manning report
Reviews timekeeping report to ensure accuracy before submitting to Accounting for Payroll
Monitors the development of plans and programs relating to the conduct of employee activities
Monitors the activities from preparation to execution of Corporate Social Responsibility programs
Reviews DAR for attendance violation (Tardiness and Unofficial Absences)
Validates the monthly reports submitted by HR staffs
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent
At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position- With excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
