Demonstrated experience in Human Resource
- At least 2-3 years of experience as HR Officer/Team Leader handling one or more facets of Human Resources
Clerical Duties
o Updates 201 files and employee master list from time to time
o Monitor employee attendance
o Time keeping
o Discusses and handles the company code of conduct/discipline file, updates table of offenses and employee handbook
o Memoranda posting
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues- Manage the recruitment and selection process
Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Training and Development
o Works with different department leaders to create process
o Create and facilitate training either soft skills or technical
o Ensures an activity or event is being conducted every month to create a harmonious relationship across the organization
