Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist with expertise in compensation and benefits to join our team. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits programs.- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate processing of payroll and benefits-related expenses.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in human resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration.
Strong understanding of compensation principles, including job evaluation methodologies, salary surveys, and incentive programs.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform decision-making.
