Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist with expertise in compensation and benefits to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, with a focus on designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with employees at all levels and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits packages.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market research to ensure competitive compensation offerings.
Analyze compensation trends and make recommendations for adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting, forecasting, and communication with stakeholders.
Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits-related inquiries.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate processing of payroll and benefits-related expenses.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in human resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration.
Strong understanding of compensation principles, including job evaluation methodologies, salary surveys, and incentive programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
