Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Proficiency in using MS Office and Google Sheet.
