Manages the HR Team and its projects- Searches, attracts and assesses job applicants and guides the hiring managers in choosing the right candidate for the job at the right time, in accordance with legal requirements, to achieve organizational goals
Identifies, reviews existing and develops competencies and key behaviors required for an employee to perform well in his job
- Conducts training needs analysis for every unit of the organization, translates the results into learning and development interventions and implements the programs according to priorities
Collects, reviews and analyzes performance data and collaborates with managers or department heads on establishing a sound basis for performance targets and measures- Identifies, develops and implements programs for the company to reward and recognize outstanding performance and behavior
Develops, disseminates, implements, evaluates and enhances the company's policies and programs on compensation, benefits, rewards, incentives, health and wellness to improve the employees welfare and engagement
- Provides advice, counsel and resolution to managers on a broad range of concerns including employee issues and grievances, general HR issues, policy interpretation, work conditions, employee development and performance management
Ensures that the company policies and operations are in accordance with labor laws and pertinent government regulations- Ensures safety and health of the workplace and oversees maintenance of the whole office.
Submits report and maintains records of all HR activities, policies programs and projects
- Performs all other responsibilities which may be assigned by the owners and management from time to time
