Recruitment and Selection:
Monitor compliance of staff to the recruitment and selection process
Process hiring for vacancies in management positions
Double check regularly completeness of hiring documents and employee pre-employment requirements
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet organizational needs.
Implement innovative methods for sourcing and screening candidates to optimize job vacancies.
Conduct thorough onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively into the organization's culture and operations.
Employee Relations:
Document and manage instances of employee grievances and code of conduct violations in accordance with labor laws.
Ensure that company HR policies are observed
Plan and help implement strategies for employee retention to enhance job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Develop engaging company activities and oversee their implementation.
Supervise staff in executing company activities to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
Address and handle employee HR complaints efficiently.
Coordinate with the head of operations to manage employee violations of the company's code of discipline escalated by staff.
Performance Management:
Coordinate and facilitate scheduled company Performance Evaluations to assess and enhance employee performance aligned with company objectives.
Oversee activities and outputs to align with organizational goals efficiently.
Attendance Data Encoding:
Collaborate with Compben to ensure accurate payroll, attendance records, and comprehensive employee benefit management for RuralNet.
Coordinate with Compben to address any discrepancies in payroll and ensure timely resolution for employee benefit management.
Maintain meticulous records by consistently updating and encoding employee information in the employee tracker
Administrative Support:
Provide consistent support for general administrative or office tasks.
Assistance as required to support departmental functions.
Supervision and Guidance:
Provide guidance and direction to HR assistants to ensure effective task execution.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately to HR assistant/s.
Monitor the progress of assigned tasks and provide necessary guidance for completion.
Offer mentorship and support to foster professional growth and development.
Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess HR assistant performance.
Qualifications:
Degree in Psychology or HRDM
Profession: 3 years
Leadership: 1 year
Proven experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, specializing in hiring for technical roles.
Experience in managing comprehensive onboarding processes for new hires.
Experience in documenting employee relations encompassing memos, written warnings, and policy drafting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adept in utilizing Microsoft Office applications
