_QUALIFICATIONS:_
> Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any HR related course
> At least one year relevant experience in Human Resource Development
> Proficient in the administration of HR policies and programs
> Knowledgeable in Labor Laws and standards and in the application of
implementing Rules and Regulations
> Articulate, good in correspondence and excellent in oral and written
communication
> Works with minimal supervision
> Highly organized and efficient in documentation and records keeping
_TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:_
> Implement HR policies, programs and procedures
> Process recruitment, hiring, selection and placement of job applicants
> Conduct interview, evaluation and background check of applicants
> Conduct orientations, trainings and other company activities related to personnel
development and improvement
> Assist in the administration of employee safety and health policies and programs
> Assist in the administration of company policies, rules and regulations
> Assist in the field of employee relations: guidance and counselling, handling
complaints and grievances, disciplinary actions and maintaining employee morale
> Assist in the implementation of employee welfare programs and benefits
