Job Description: HR Supervisor (Recruitment and Training Development)The HR Supervisor specializing in Recruitment and Training Development plays a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and nurturing talent within the organization. This multifaceted position encompasses both recruitment activities, ensuring the acquisition of top talent, and training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance. The incumbent collaborates closely with department heads to identify staffing needs, execute recruitment strategies, and design and implement effective training programs aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals).
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinate job fairs, campus recruitment events, and outreach activities.
Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate new hire onboarding.
- Training and Development:
Assess organizational training needs and develop targeted training programs.- Design and deliver engaging sessions (workshops, e-learning, on-the-job training).
Create training materials and resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing support to employees.
Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and create career development plans.
- Offer coaching and mentorship for skill enhancement and career advancement.
Coordinate succession planning for key roles.- Foster a culture of learning and development.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment and training activities.- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Assist with other HR functions (performance management, employee relations, policy development).
- Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree advantageous).
- Proven HR experience in recruitment and training development.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.- Knowledge of training principles and evaluation techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
