Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, counselling and disciplining- Supervise employees; following up on their work results
Keeps management informed of all affiliated companies status; review and analyze
- Reports from staff and summarize information for management
Coordinate that all tasks are done by staff or perform the tasks by oneself, if needed- Maintain the smooth sailing operation of the company and its affiliate
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Accountancy or related course- Must have experience as a supervisor or has done supervisory-level jobs
Must have experience in doing hands-on work such as creating reports, processing permits, doing errands, and checking people's work
- With experience/background in purchasing, payroll, operations, factory, and in government permits is a plus!
Open to wearing many hats or be involved in different departments- Must be proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications

- With high sense of urgency and commitment to personal deadlines
