Bachelors Degree of any Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.- With at least 3 years experience as team lead or supervisory role.
With good oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in memo and policy creation.
Knows how to create budget proposals for engagement.- Knowledge in succession management is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in HR Systems and HR Data management.
- Willing to travel (for engagement and team building activities).
