Job SummaryThe Human Resources (HR) Supervisor administers and coordinates human resources programs such as compensation and benefits, with a primary emphasis on employment and employee relations matters involving employees up through the middle management level; communicates and interprets company human resources policies and procedures for managers and employees.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Advises managers and supervisors of state and federal regulations and effective human resource practices with regard to employee issues
Evaluates the effectiveness of the organization's training programs and recommends areas of improvement.- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Ensures adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Prepares and improves HR systems for continuous organizational growth- Organizes workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Conducts new hire employee orientations, apprises employees of benefit options, and accurately completes requisite paperwork for new staff members
- Requirements & Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Behavioral Science, Communication, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and other degree relevant to the position
- Masters Degree holder are preferred but not required
With extensive experience in handling HR functions- With at least 3 years experience as generalist and at least 2 years supervisory experience.
Knowledgeable in of HR systems and databases
- Must have intermediate to advance computer skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, general word processing, etc.
* Wiling to be assigned in Valenzuela and to travel to other branches
