Job SummaryResponsible for developing,implementing, and overseeing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the organization.
- Develops and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, improve morale, and increase employee satisfaction and retention. Conduct employee surveys, focus groups, and exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Designs and administers employee recognition and rewards programs that is aligned with organizational values and objectives to celebrate achievements and reinforce desired behaviors and enhance morale.
- Develops and promotes wellness and work-life balance initiatives in order to support employee well-being and productivity. Coordinates wellness programs, health initiatives, and flexible work arrangements to meet the diverse needs of employees.
Plans and organizes team-building activities, social events, and volunteer opportunities in order to foster camaraderie and collaboration among employees. Encourage cross-functional interactions and relationships across departments and teams.- Conducts regular employee surveys to measure engagement levels, identify trends, and track progress over time in order to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address employee concerns and challenges.
Creates engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos and graphics that aligns with brand voice and objectives, contributing to increased reach and engagement on social media platforms.
- Evaluates, coaches, and recognizes direct reports and staff, aligning appraisals with agreed KPIs to drive high performance and sustained engagement within the Department.
Performs other tasks given by the company official as the need arises.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Several years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or related field, with demonstrated success in developing and implementing employee engagement programs.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for creating positive employee experiences and driving cultural change.
- Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, recognition, and retention strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Familiarity with employee survey tools, data analysis techniques, and HRIS platforms.
