Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Supervisor to oversee all aspects of Human Resource management across the Mindanao region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of driving HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all positions within the region.
Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and develop the HR team within the region.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong foundation in all HR functions.
Certified Safety Officer 1 and 2 certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and handling labor cases.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a multinational or large-scale organization.
  • Experience in managing a geographically dispersed HR team.
  • Location: This position requires extensive travel throughout the Mindanao region.
