About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Supervisor to oversee all aspects of Human Resource management across the Mindanao region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of driving HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all positions within the region.
Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and develop the HR team within the region.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong foundation in all HR functions.
Certified Safety Officer 1 and 2 certifications preferred.- Proven experience in employee relations and handling labor cases.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a multinational or large-scale organization.
- Experience in managing a geographically dispersed HR team.
- Location: This position requires extensive travel throughout the Mindanao region.
