Job Title: HR Supervisor / Business Partner
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.- Conduct manpower planning to align with business goals.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and confidentially.- Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying updated on any changes.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.
Conduct payroll audits and prepare relevant reports.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll generation and crediting.- Manage HMO benefits and ensure timely remittance of statutory obligations.
Develop and implement a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package aligned with company strategy and goals.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Ensure compensation practices comply with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.).
- Organizational Development:
Assist the HR Manager in executing organizational transformation plans and initiatives, including reorganization, talent repurposing, advancement planning, talent reviews, and career management.- Collaborate with line managers to create succession plans and customized individual development plans for key talents.
Implement initiatives related to improving employee engagement and experience.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching for business units and individual employees.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Support managers in decisions about compensation packages and ways to motivate employees.
Conceptualize and implement HR strategic processes and policies that support the business.
- Lead change management projects and manage HR-related internal and external communication.
* Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Partner with Business Unit Heads to create localized engagement programs based on company direction, existing HR policies, and mandates.
