JOB SUMMARYThe HR & Facilities Management Supervisor is responsible in overseeing the operations of the Human Resources & Facilities Department and reports directly to the Chief People Officer
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
_Recruitment_
- Assist the Department Heads with staff requirements by posting ads, screening, and managing the hiring process
Organize new employee orientations, on-boarding and training programs
- Manage the HR Department's social media accounts Facebook and LinkedIn
_Employee Relations_
- Manage employee conflicts, conduct investigations and administer employee discipline
Regularly update office policies and procedures
_Employee Engagement_
- Responsible for company's in-house and external events
Conduct employee satisfaction survey
_Facilities Management_
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and office inventory supplies
Implement procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
_Performance Management_
- Assist the Department Heads in the performance management process
_Compensation & Benefits_
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records and process the employee payroll
Conduct salary benchmarking
_Learning and Development_
- Coordinate with Department Heads to determine training requirements for the professional development of the staff
_Others:_
- Represent the HR Department during Mancom Meeting
Responsible in the preparation of HR Reports Mancom report, Headcount and Attrition report etc.
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent
Previous leadership experience- Eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
Reliable, with high integrity and work ethic- Ability to handle confidential information
Resourceful and proactive
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
