One of the country's leading paint and chemical manufacturing corporation is looking to hire someone who will oversee the company's HR and Admin. Department. The successful candidate shall have the following:
- At least 3 years experience as an HR Supervisor or equivalent with exposure in different HR facets such as Recruitment, Comp&Ben, Performance Management, and Employee Relations
Able to demonstrate competence in creating HR policies and procedures, budget plans, and other process documentation- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations
Amenable to report onsite in our office located at Brgy. Santolan, Pasig City from 7AM - 5:30PM, Monday to Friday- Preferably able to start immediately
