Job Description

Know the labor law standard or Labor code (Philippines)
  • Admin hearing
Good communication skills
  • With strong personality
Very good at composing letters/announcements
  • Drafting Company Memorandums, Announcements, Notice to Explain, Notice of Decsion and Report for Work Letters.
Investigating and resolving employee related issues by means of coordination with the respective personnel/s and conducting Admin Hearing.
  • Monitoring employees compliance with the existing implementations, policies and standard procedures of the Company.
Ensuring and creating a healthy and positive work culture.
  • Handling employee complaints, grievance process and facilitating counseling.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
Any 4 years course
  • Preferably with MBA / Short IR course
At least 2 to 3 years minimum of experience in the same facet
  • SKILLS:
Strong Personality
  • People Management Skill
Technical Writing Skill
  • Knowledgeable of Labor Code
  • Ability to commute/relocate:
Fort Bonifacio: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift


Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Management: 1 year (Preferred)
