Know the labor law standard or Labor code (Philippines) Good communication skills
Very good at composing letters/announcements- Drafting Company Memorandums, Announcements, Notice to Explain, Notice of Decsion and Report for Work Letters.
Investigating and resolving employee related issues by means of coordination with the respective personnel/s and conducting Admin Hearing.
- Monitoring employees compliance with the existing implementations, policies and standard procedures of the Company.
Ensuring and creating a healthy and positive work culture.- Handling employee complaints, grievance process and facilitating counseling.
Any 4 years course- Preferably with MBA / Short IR course
At least 2 to 3 years minimum of experience in the same facet
Strong Personality
Technical Writing Skill- Knowledgeable of Labor Code
