JOB DESCRIPTION:- Recruitment: Handles sourcing up to hiring; employee onboarding, engagement
Training: Prepares Training Plan; source for applicable trainings; recording and monitoring of training effectiveness- Ensures continuous provision of company-initiated and government-mandated benefits
Payroll: processing and timely release of payroll and govt remittances
- Performance management: Timely conduct of performance appraisals of employees; prepares ratings summary
Employee relations: Provide assistance and support in implementing employee relations programs; administration/implementation of Company policies, rules and regulations- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Work experience: Minimum 3 years
- College graduate: Psychology or Business Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to details
- Sound MS Office knowledge and computer literacy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
