Reporting to: HR Senior Manager & HR Director
The role will be responsible for:
Employee Relation / Labor Relation
- Investigation, resolution, prevention, and interpretation of various Employee Relation problems
In-depth review of Employee Relations related policy and procedure, labor law legislation, DOLE compliance- Recommends appropriate course of action regarding discipline and termination of individual
Will attend all legal hearings and represent the organization in SENA, DOLE, NLRC
- Will handle disciplinary actions in compliance with the due process clause. This is from drafting the notice to explain, to issuance, hearing proper, recommendation writing, and up to the issuance of notice of resolution/termination.
Maintenance of database of disciplinary cases and actions- Education and awareness of the Code Of Conduct and prevention of disciplinary cases
Policy reviews and updates according to the applicable law
Job Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management, Psychology or any relevant degree
Expert in ER/LR, DOLE matters, Employment Law and data management- Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is an advantage
Should have at least 5 7 years work experience in handling all facets of human resources.
