Qualifications:- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psycholoy, HRDM or any related course
- With at least 3 years of experience handling the same capacity
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Can work well under pressure
- Possess a strong personality
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- With experience/background in Security (Preferred)
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulates HRD policies and procedures and ensures that such are strictly, consistently and fairly implemented.
- Ensures that recruitment procedures are followed especially on the submission/completion of all pre-employment requirements and orientation of newly-hired employees.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of HR personnel relating to employment, compensation, and employee relations and ensures that assigned tasks are completed at a given time.
- Developing, maintaining and updating policy manuals as well as employee handbooks as needed.
- Ensures that employment contract is served and terms and conditions stated therein are fully explained and well understood by the employee concerned.
- Prepares and approves HRD related letters.
- Assists the President on the review and assessment of employee benefit programs and recommends revisions as need arises.
- 8. Attends meetings and conferences to obtain or disseminate information regarding assigned work unit issues and programs;
- Attends to employee who needs counseling, if not to avoid totally but at least minimize violation of company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties and functions as maybe directed by the President.
