Responsible for providing support in various human resources functions, which include the implementation and strengthening of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Policy Creation and Implementation, Labor Relations and Systems Improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administers the end-to-end recruitment process.
Formulate Human Resources programs and activities, policies, and procedures to enhance employee productivity.- Initiate and strengthen partnerships with manpower agency partners.
REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent.
At least 3 years in the same position or higher.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and excellent time management skills.- Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
Amenable to work in San Pedro Laguna.
