We seek an experienced HR Supervisor fluent in Chinese to lead our HR team and drive organizational restructuring efforts.
  • Position Overview: The HR Supervisor (Chinese Speaking) will oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to manage a diverse team. Fluency in Chinese and English is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking employees and stakeholders.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior management to provide HR guidance on business decisions.
  • Oversee recruitment, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement.
  • Address employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution.
Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead organizational restructuring efforts.
Develop and execute change management strategies.
  • Communicate changes effectively to all employees.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in supervisory HR role.
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Proven HR management and strategy development experience.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in a multicultural environment.
Knowledge of local labor laws.
  • HR certification is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60,
  • 00 - Php95,000.00 per month
