About the Role The
HR Supervisor for Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Training is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organization's talent acquisition and development strategies, employee engagement programs, and training initiatives.
- I. Principal Responsibilities
Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent- Partners with Recruitment Team to properly implement the recruitment process, which includes job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Collaborates with department heads to identify staffing requirements and workforce planning
- Conducts regular talent reviews and performance assessments with special consideration of the Probationary Performance Evaluation period and Semi-Annual Performance Evaluations
Designs and executes employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention. This entails evaluating the effectiveness of the said programs.
- Conducts surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee morale and engagement levels.
Develops initiatives to improve employee recognition and reward programs.- Organizes team-building activities, company events, and other engagement initiatives.
Assesses training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, and consultations with managers.- Serves as key member in-charge of the implementation of comprehensive training programs, including orientation, onboarding, skills development, and leadership training.
Collaborates with external training providers and manage training budgets.
- Ensures compliance with mandatory training requirements.
Supervises HR Section Operations and direct reports.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Ensures compliance with all employment laws and company policies.- Prepares and present HR reports to senior management.
Stays updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Proficiency with government regulations and ISO compliance related to training such as ISO 9001 & 14001

Operation and navigation of Microsoft Office / 365 (OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, or Excel) and/or Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms)
- Operation and navigation of video Conferencing Applications (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, etc)
Bachelor's degree in BS/BA Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2 years in-depth knowledge of HR (Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Training), ISO standards, and Events Management.
3 years proven experience in Supervision especially in leading R&F to Officer Level / Departmental Section- Willing to report onsite (Monday to Friday) - Head Office (Makati City)
