JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position is responsible for assisting the HR Manager in achieving HR goals and objectives, particularly in the areas of recruitment, administration/records, disciplinary, employee benefits, government relations, employee relations/engagement, training, and providing support to the HR team on their day to day operation.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management
- With at least 3 years of experience in general HR, preferably in Hospitality
Good communication and interpersonal skills- Flexible and able to multi-task
Willing to be assigned to any Astoria Properties.
