Job Summary- Developing and implementing HRstrategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.- plans, develops, implements and administers HR programs for company employees.
This position is also responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.- Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.
- Facilitates communication among employees and management. May guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
- Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field- Minimum of 5years of multi-faceted Human Resources Generalist experience
