WE ARE HIRING!- HR Supervisor - HR supervisors guide and manage human resources services, policies, and programs. They consult with company leadership on organization design and restructuring and provide workforce analysis and planning.
Conduct interviews, recruit, and vet new staff
- Oversee all recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training processes
Arrange training sessions for new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees- Identify and address employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth
Manage Payroll and prepare for audits
- Maintain employee records, including payroll, benefits, and compensation details
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other HR-related documents- Manage Employee/Labor Relations
Counsel staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Assist in formulating and implementing human resource policies and programs
Collaborate with managers on performance reviews and personnel issues- Stay updated on HR best practices, regulations, and industry trends
Oversee performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development
- Perform various administrative tasks accurately and process paperwork efficiently.
