Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- At least 5-6 years of HR experience in the fish trading industry
Proficient in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for industry-specific roles
- Strong track record in managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
Skilled in conducting performance appraisals, developing training programs, and implementing employee development initiatives- Experience in creating and enforcing HR policies tailored to the unique needs of the fish trading sector
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with all levels of staff and stakeholders
