Conduct research and legal due diligence for HR Department subject to approval of Legal Department
- Preparation of legal documents and records management for HR Department.
Draft, encode, or review legal documents like contracts, agreements, corporate secretary certificates, memorandum, forms, and other documents and papers as assigned- Create Policies, Systems and Procedures for the company
