The HR Supervisor shall provide assistance in our Organizational Development Team. S/He will be responsible for the following tasks:
- SAP Requirements: On-time Preparation (Data Cleaning, Mapping, Preparation for Migration)
- System Integration Assistance: On-time and on-schedule, as required (Based on updated timelines from PM and Vendor as well as internal deadlines within HROD)
- Produced: Recorded Step-by-Step End-User Navigation of all 3 Modules
- On-time and with minimal to no error in data cleaning, tabulation, and documentation for all Employee Experience Optimization projects in 2024.
Job Qualifications: - Must possess a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or any related courses
With at least a work experience in Recruitment, Organization Development and Analytics.- Proficient in MS Office applications
Highly analytical, organized, and possess good communication skills.
- Open for both (2 days) WFH and (3 days) Work Onsite Set up
Open for 1 year contractual agreement
