Lead Recruiting Activities
Handles all employee concerns and can issue memorandums and disciplinary actions
Oversee all company concerns or issues
Processing general administration tasks (e.g, leave application, overtime, 201 filing)
Monitor timekeeping and knowledgeable in payroll preparation
Knowledgeable in compensation and Benefits
Knowledgeable on Labor Code of the Philippines and DOLE mandated reports
Other tasks as assigned
Bachelor's Degree in HR or any related course
Relevant experience in an HR Role minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing firm
Computer Literate
With strong leadership skills
Good communication skills
Can Handle pressure
Willing to start ASAP
