- Prepares daily attendance and absenteeism report submitted to the Management.
- Attends and accepts production employees complaints and issues and coordinates to concerned HR personnel.
- Provides services by accepting Production Employees concerns at the Production Floor and submits & coordinates to concerned HR Generalist concerning Compensation/Benefit and Timekeeping;
- Maintains Disciplinary Action Log Book and conducts minor investigation on employees committing violation, i.e., forgot ID, not wearing proper uniform, violation of rules of code of discipline prior to issuance of Disciplinary Action;
- Provides Clinic assistance in the absence of Company Nurse.
- Performs other duties/tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Educational Attainment:
- College Graduate in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or any Business Courses
Working Experience:
- With at least 1 year work related experience in HR Compensation and Benefits
Special/Technical Skill:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and applicable software tools/systemsu
With knowledge and strong understanding of Philippine Labor Law pertaining to Statutory benefitsu
Flexible in dealing with different types of peopleu
Ability to demonstrate the highest level of Ethical behavior and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.u
Ability to communicate effectively, with good judgment and organized.u
Proficient in English communication on both oral and written; (can speak/understand Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus factor)u
